Yenthe
Hello all, Recently I started noticing a sound that can best be described as grinding/knocking/cluncking when turning. It is mainly noticable at slow speeds and is always present (so not only when full lock is applied but it seems more noticable at full lock) and you can even feel some sort of 'clicking' through the steering wheel. Yet when going over bumps nothing can be heard.... About 1200km ago all of the bushings where replaced and new shocks where installed. I did not, however, replace the trunnions or wheel bearings. Does anyone have an idea as to what this could be? Thank you!
Ian Vincent
Sounds like a wheel bearing. Is it more noticeable when you are turning in one direction? Rgds Ian
Yenthe
Thank you, I am going to take a look at that. No it seems to be the same when turning left or right.
