I recently made my brother a breather/filler plug for his dip stick hole. He uses the side filler hole as the level check. Lebro Posted January 30, 2022 Report Share Posted January 30, 2022 I went the other way, & drilled a hole in my saloon box remote (in the same place as for early TR boxes) & made a dipstick. The hole should be angled slightly so the dipstick is very close to the side of the box to keep it away from the gears. Bob Quote Link to post Share on other sites
