Wind noise with soft top

Thanks  Martin,   mine just doesn't seem to want to sit nicely like yours, it may be the screen rubber is not quite right, that has never been out, perhaps that has to be done?

Should the header rail be a loose fit to the side rails, mine doesn't have the original rivets, now bolts, and no washers between the header rail and the side, as in the Moss parts book.

John the header rail should be rock tight to the side members, it also looks from your picture as if your header is bowed up in the middle and sitting too far up at the front that would definitely give you wind noise.

Stuart.

John,

the header on the windscreen is tight and riveted. No movement or flex that I can see in it. Pic below but not sure this helps you.
