Manifold welder recommendation please

Recommended Posts

I'm moving house to Tring, Herts and just managed to damage the cast iron exhaust manifold on my TR4A when loading onto the transporter.:(

It's a clean break about an inch above the base plate and looks very professionally weldable.

Hertfordshire is new to me and this task will need suitable skill; I would be very grateful for any recommendations for a welder within range of Tring.

Many thanks

David

I do have a guy who does my alloy welding and will ask if he does cast iron.

He is so into American hot Rods and knows all his stuff regarding metalwork fabrication

Having just packed in his business and retired but loves doing one offs.

PM me and I will supply details.

We are not far from each other and North London Group will be in your catch ment area.

David got your PM.

Internet is down and viewed on my phone which promptly dissapeared.

Yes he has done this job many times

So you will be in good hands.

See you when installed in Tring.

When my internet is back I will retreive your number and give you mine.

Regards Harry
