Bluestone
Damn - missed the flypast, however, thanks Terry (and the RAF) for organising a rare treat given the unpredictable weather conditions over Malvern. Ray
Allan Westbury
Cracking picture Roger, particularly after Rob's Manipulation. The fly past was certainly a highlight of the weekend and thank you Terry for organising it. Allan
ianc
From Saturday afternoon until mid-morning on Sunday, we had all four of the original Works' TR4 Rally cars side by side in Severn Hall - the first time all four had been together since January 1964, shortly before 3/5/6VC went across the Pond for the Shell 4000 in Canada. The new owners of 3VC, a Belgian couple, had come from the Continent, collected their car from Bicester and driven to Malvern. They had to leave early so as to get home as they had to be at work today (Monday). Our one huge regret is that Graham Robson, the Competitions Secretary, didn't live to see all four of his cars gathered together again once again. 5VC not yet a runner, as Tony Sheach is re-assembling it very carefully, so a group of helpers pushed it from Severn Hall to the Arena and back again each day. But it looks absolutely super!

Mk2 Chopper
I did think it didn't sound right for a Merlin, that explains it. Gareth

RogerH
I once spotted some people walking about as I drove by. They had boots I found it most relaxing. Roger

ianc
Can't see mine - it was inside Severn Hall. Super view, which my son and the two older grandchildren saw on Saturday together with their friends, who now live on the hillside in Malvern (in a house!) Rod1883
A few from the weekend. In order - Thursday night at the Wellington inn (excellent meal), a bizarre piece of MG advertising, the midget and 3 of the VC cars, an undignified end.... Mk2 Chopper
Great pics. Did you get the midget sorted? Gareth
Rod1883
Head gasket failure, I think. Yet to get the head off, waiting for the parts to arrive first. Probably will be next week when I start as we have a busy bank holiday weekend scheduled...
