And from the last 3 totally different recommendations we can see that ALL the lift options work, just down to individual preference and circumstances. Please yourself.

I'm sure they all work.

Personally wouldn't go for a 2 post again simply because our cars are low and I have to put the jack under them first to get the arms under so lots of grovelling just to get it started.

A 4 poster means you drive on and if headroom permits allows parking beneath as well (drip tray in place).

What make is it?

I run slightly lowered suspension in the 4a and the 6.  That was one of the reasons for planning the 4 poster. That and it avoids kneeling down to check I have got the arms correctly placed.

Liftech. The model for a normal height garage and normal height 4A. I mark the arm positions on the garage floor to avoid kneeling. It's a bu**ger is old age :angry:
