Pinion Roller Bearing advice

Recommended Posts

Yes, why are you doing it?

Once that one bearing assembly is removed how do you propose to re fit and set the pinion bearing preload, without removing the crown wheel carrier from the rear of the diff?  If that front bearing is damaged there is a good chance the second bearing will also be damaged by debris from the front bearing.  To change that bearing you will need to remove the pinion assembly.
