Eddie Trickett
I acquired a stainless manifold some time. I suspect it might look OK but be worse than the original. The outlet seems to be at a slight angle which may not be correct. Can anyone advise? Thanks Eddie
Hamish
Looks like a Phoenix manifold. And I’m sure the outlet does tip up.
DaveB66
Does look like the phoenix one, here's the link to it from Moss - https://www.moss-europe.co.uk/shop-by-model/triumph/tr5-6/exhaust/exhaust-manifolds/phoenix-performance-extractor-manifold-tr5-6.html Now all you need is the rest of the system! Eddie Trickett
Thanks for the reply, I thought it was a cheap copy. It looks like I could get a Y piece to connect to a twin pipe system. I currently have a US head but this will fit the UK fast road head I am about to get and hopefully add a bit more power to the US engine. Thanks again Eddie
harlequin
I think its the inlet side following the slope of the engine, more than the outlet kicking up looks about right to me. Having said that I was unimpressed with the one I had the fit was OK ish but the heat and restricted access was a pain and I could not detect any noticeable performance improvement.
