Hi

So did these spacers then lift the frame up, a bit from the carpet to give a mroe free movement?  is that right?

Richard

I think it was less about free movement than getting a solid mount of the seat frame.

TR6 cars came with spacers under the seat tracks (at least my 74 did).

Factory spacers on the left, more serious ones on the right.

Ed, could you give me the size of the spacers you made please so I can turn them myself?  Thanks, Richard

Richard--

I can't easily get at them to measure, but I know I made them a little thicker than stock--around 5/16, I think.  ID a little over 1/4", OD not critical, but it looks like about 3/4".
