My TR7 2.0L's ( uk SU carb model - W reg) dipstick tube has just disintergrated, so I can not measure its lenght to make a new one. Given it's lenght is important as it sets lenght the dipstick is immersed into the sump (oil level), could anyone please measure the lenght of theirs from the flat on the block to the end of the tube.
