AarhusTr6
Hi So I edited my picture a bit. Should I drill out the bit in the blue circle and the red circle should that be filed flat? Richard

Richard Using an 1/8" (3.2mm to you) drill in the centre dimple in the blue ringed bit will release the whole thing. Stuart.

AarhusTr6
Hi all So I drilled old rivets out and all the paint came away . . learn something every day. But my chrome strip is very narrow and the rivets from moss are quite big . . like wider than the chrome strip. .. Richard
RogerH
Hi Richard, if you have the narrow strip then you need the smaller rivets. Those from the TR4A will be smaller than the TR5/6 TR4A https://www.moss-europe.co.uk/shop-by-model/triumph/tr2-4a/body-chassis/body-fittings/front-side-body-panels-tr4-4a-1961-67.html TR5 https://www.moss-europe.co.uk/shop-by-model/triumph/tr5-6/body-chassis/body-fittings/front-body-door-panels-tr5-tr250-1967-68.html This is for the sill https://www.moss-europe.co.uk/shop-by-model/triumph/tr5-6/body-chassis/body-fittings/front-body-door-panels-tr5-tr250-1967-68.html Roger
