to each their own...but not loving the wheel flairs. Well presented though.

The TR2 looks great!

I was expecting to see a V8 under the bonnet with those back end mods.

Like the walnut dash and glovebox lid, looks classy. Not so sure about the flared arches.

Agree very nicely done (although not for the purists).

I presume the side vents are decorative only.

I love a louvre too!

When researching engine heat reduction on my 3A, I discovered that certain MGAs had louvres on the inside of the wheel front arches to help vent hot air air from the engine bay. The 'go faster' 4s have working side vents I think.

No reason why vents from the engine bay to the outside world could not be done.  May even lower under-bonnet temperature

Bit of fabrication for tubes, hack holes in the inner wings and louvre the outer fender.

Jobs a good'n

As does my Vitesse. Such a big lump of cast iron squeezed in at the front with very little room around it needs all the help it can get. Under wheel arches is a low pressure area and sucks the hot air out, unfortunately this only happens when on the move and doesn`t stop it overheating in traffic.

Ralph.
