Happy Birthday Ben

Recommended Posts

Thank you Roger, I’ve had a great day (so far....and the night is young/not happened yet). It was particularly enhanced by exchanging contracts on our new abode in darkest Devon. :D

Happy Birthday Ben, it sounds like you are having a great day - we hope it continues into the evening.

Congratulations to you both on your new home purchase. As I communicated to Vicky a little while back, a move 'back' South West always calls for me. We often look on line at properties in North Cornwall, North Devon or West Somerset, but yet to make any concrete moves toward making it happen.

Indeed Roger, the cream first issue does however give me problems as I’m a firm believer in jam first - the Cornish way. I fear ostracism early in our sojourn in Devon and may have to go undercover! Fortunately burning at the stake has been discontinued in the county I’ve been led to believe.....:o

Me too Ben, a belated happy birthday and congrats on the exchange. Moving to Devon will of course somewhat increase your overall mileage for an RBRR so it's fortunate that 'no where's far in a TR'.

Burning at the stake....maybe, but you will drive over Gibbet Moor on a regular basis!
