TR6 Weight

Recommended Posts

So I'm off to the weigh bridge tomorrow to see how much my Electric TR6 weighs post conversion......but I didn't weigh it before hand.

Has anyone actually weighed a standard CR injection car? Lots of conflicting info online about the actual weight, be it CP, CR or US injection

Hi Dan

I took my CP TR6 to a weigh bridge and it came to 1108kg. Full fuel tank, spare wheel.

Hi Dan,

According to the manuals and handbooks the CR weighs 1085kg with fuel, water oil and tools. As to how much fuel they carried who knows so Marks 1108kg with a full tank sounds good.

Thanks Derek, I hadn't seen a 1085kg so thats good to know. Tank full to empty makes something like a 35-40kg difference

Hi Dan,

I wasn't in the car, would have weighed a great deal more if I had!
