trchris
All just about to replace the wire wheels on the 4a with some 5.5 x15 minilites (with conical nuts) without spacers so need to change the wheel studs has anyone used the Freelander type part number CLP9037L ? (obviously with matching nuts) they seem to have the chamfered seat as per the rears and would probable also be suitable for the fronts? as I dont think standard are long enough (calculated 15mm usable thread with standard studs ) Chris
mike3md
Moss and others do extra long wheel studs, just be careful that your conical nuts don't bottom out before fully tightened against the wheel. Studs can be shortened to suit. Mike
Andy Moltu
Are the Land Rover ones metric threads?
