AarhusTr6
Hi guys I generally do not like dash LEDs but thought I would try a brighter LED for the trafficator now for some reason the LED bulb I bought works when I turn left but does not work when I turn right crazy??? The normal analogue bulb works fine! Appreciate some help on my vs thanks bye Edited June 21, 2020 by AarhusTr6
RogerH
Is this LED for the Dash warning light? If so the TR6 changes polarity between left and right. (the 4/4A keeps the same polarity) A simple bridge rectifier would solve this Roger
RobH
As with the other similar query today - it happens because of the way the dashboard bulb is connected in a TR6. The current through the bulb is reversed depending on the direction of the indicators. An ordinary bulb will work whichever way round it is, but an LED bulb will not- it only lights up when the current flows in the right direction. Other than Rogers suggestion, there are special bi-polar LED bulbs available which work both ways round: Edited June 21, 2020 by RobH

Yarm 783
Make sure that the earth connections are clean and ‘good’. Normal bulbs work OK even if you have a ‘scruffy’ earth, LEDs do not.
AarhusTr6
RE earthing, I have two earths coming off the loom and screwed onto the knurled stems that hold the two dials in place. Rich
