Triumph tr friends:

I,m restoring a brake-master cylinder from a early tr2.

I do need some help putting it back together again: I've added 2 pictures with the different parts in the right order....

My question is about the springwasher  between the piston and the rubber(before the big spring) does it matter how you fitt it?

The over the big rubber are iron rings to keep the rubbers at their place....where can I get them?

Any other tips are welkom..

Kind Regards

From Haynes workshop manual

I guess your question actually is if you should turn the convex side of the spring washer towards the coil spring or not. To my knowledge it shouldn't matter.
