Its basically the same as a TR3a with the addition of one wire for the heater fan. The factory butchered an original loom to split it out to suit the car. Original and new below.

Hello Stuart,

Thank you. I will have a look and compare. A lot of work for such a reproduction.

Best regards

John

TBH if you still have the remains of the original once you remove the tape that holds the various sections together across the wiper rack then its relatively easy to see how they did it. The rear part needs unpicking back to where the rear deck is then new cabling fitted to extend to the left side rear lamp and depending on whether it has the fuel tank in behind the rear seat or in the boot floor you will also need to extend a cable for the tank sender. The two front extensions for lamps/horns/indicators from the block connectors at the turret boxes were originally all done in one colour Black.

Stuart has this covered. As mentioned, depending on the petrol tank style and the type of license plate light fixture, there are some differences there. One other change is the additional wiring for the map and interior lights.

Regards,
Adrian

Those extra lamps inside are all on single fly leads from the lighting switch so would never be on a bought in loom anyway really even if you could buy one off the shelf ;)
