tim hunt Posted March 18, 2020 Report Share Posted March 18, 2020 Last week the DPD depot in Dunstable made an unprecedented three failed attempts on successive days to find my home, finally delivering my new tyre on Thursday at the fourth time of asking! I have always thought that you judge a business on how they deal with the issue when something goes wrong as it will from time to time.
