Head Gasket IDs Please

Recommended Posts

Hi all - just trying to sort out some old OE head gaskets so I can take them to Stoneleigh and would appreciate some help from the cognescenti to identify them.

Photos attached but to summarise:

Item 1 -  It is numbered 203885 , made by Coopers in England -  I think this is a Vanguard one - are there more than one type?

Item 2 -  It is numbered 1A948 and "Made in England" but no other markings.

Item 3 -  It is numbered AE 330 and "Made in England" but no other markings.

Item 4 - It is numbered 202203, stamped Stanpart and branded Coopers Made in England.

Any help much appreciated and any ideas on value?

Cheers Rich

I have the following which are all TR4 86mm head gaskets- and all have worked.

Marked as follows:-

AE330

205481- also marked STANPART and TR3 86mm

2no Completely unmarked but sold as 205481 by a major TR supplier.

2No ditto but supplied by J&M Gaskets & Seals Ltd- much cheaper than any I've previously found, look identical, work fine and around half the cost from memory. 01924 406088.

www.jmgaskets-seals.co.uk  -no relationship or connection- just fairly near (around 15 miles) to me.

My gasket is a Stanpart cooper TR3 86mm, number 205481 and there is nothing write on it to show me the top and the bottom. If you can answer me on my email you will help me ! Thanks at all

Fitting the head gasket …. smooth side down.

The wsm refers to this in the fitting low compression kit section.   Which could be a poisson rouge.
