rogerowen
Having recently cleaned out the standard crankcase breathing system (extremely clogged), I'm thinking about installing a catch tank in the hope that this will lead to more efficient engine breathing. There seems load to choose from; Sealed, Vented cap, and a few that have a small air filter. Can anyone explain operation, and advantages of one type over the other. I'm guessing that they connect in the same way as the standard breather, but several have screw fittings - again I'm guessing that suitable pipe fitting are available. This will be just for normal road use. Thanks.
monty
I have the Racetorations unit fitted on both my cars which seem to work well & drawing out a lot of gunge & oily muck from the rocker top & block. Glad this stuff is not going back into the inlet manifold!
