ijonsson
Anyone got pictures of a booster servo installation on a TR2 with Lockheed MC and LHD? Might need some help before I hit someones car in the rear ;)
ijonsson
FYI, I got this and some other pictures from a member in the Swedish TR club.
harlequin
Inge Not really an answer but may give food for thought, on MG TDs its not uncommon to fit the servo under the body by the back axial and on Daimler SP250s the servo can be mounted behind the front grill. Dave Larnder
Inge I heard some time ago that the servo for the GT6 is smaller than the usual size, but I don´t know how effective it is. Dave
ijonsson
Thank you, I'll look into it. (Edit) Maybe the original servo was smaller, but the ones I can find (single line) look very much the same sizes, wherever I find them. Ian Vincent
Maybe you could fit disc brakes. I removed my servo because it was giving problems and can lock the wheels without it. Rgds Ian
stuart
This is one I fitted a few years ago. Stuart
Lebro
I fitted one in the 70's when the car had drums. The combination of hard lings plus servo worked well, but discs are better.
