RogerH
Hi Folks, following on from Marco's co-axial project Marco's beauty I have been looking at RTR systems for our cars and have found this RTR system from Cambridge Motor Sport. has anybody used this kit I am simply trying to reduce foot/pedal pressure. D1070
Racetorations have a similar co-axial clutch,in fact ,it may well be the same.Fitted in 2007 it has been smooth and reliable for 55k miles, excellent bit of kit and a genuinely good 'upgrade' , Cheers, Laurence
RogerH
Hi Laurence, thanks for that. Not always keen on Racetorations parts but if the idea is sound then I may give it a go. Autumn project. Roger
Z320
Hi Roger, I made a tool like a "step" to determine the force you have to step on the pedal. My clutch needs 23 kg, that seems to be a lot, but my weight is 86 kg and I can step that weight when I go upstairs without problems. Friend A told me his weight is more than 86 kg, so this allows his clutch to need more power (very simple calculation, isn't it?). And suddenly there it was - this idea : Eat more, get more weight and get used to it - and the clutch goes more easy. Nice autumn and christmas project Edited June 30, 2019 by Z320
