No 2 cylinder no fuel

I ve been experiencing a misfire on number 2 cylinder but i can still feel a pulse on the fuel pipe but after disconnecting the injector from the pipe whilst the engine was running I still was not getting any appreciable amount of fuel through any thoughts?

You sure you were not touching against another injector pipe when checking for pulsing? 

Have you tried bleeding the injector in question?

A couple of pointers

if you’ve disconnected the injector from the line then there will be very little/no pulse, so any apparent pulse is misleading

no2 is ( along with no5) one of the two cylinders fed via a banjo connection on the mu, notorious for o-ring failure
