PodOne
Hi all yet another question folks. Just tacked some new brackets on after repairing the frame, the old brackets had peeled and split the top of the rails. While I was at it I've welded a spreader plate to the sides where the strengthener brackets from Rimmers need to be welded the problem is that if they go on at 90 degrees the suspension brackets are slightly wider than the new brackets and hit the plates, also the smaller of the two seems too high and I suspect will foul the arm bolts. So even with the arms fitted to the brackets I'm not sure they will fit. Anyone had this issue or do you fit them at an angle and cut down the smaller front bracket to fit? Am I correct in thinking its the front holes that the brackets bolt up to? Cheers Andy
