Mostly all by different specialists then very well put together by the owner who is an engineer and a very good one he is
Waldi
Hi Paul, welcome to the forum, it is a friendly place with great combined experience and knowledge. You have a nice car you have. I hope the PO re-inforced the front suspension and rear dif points. Regards, Waldi

Paul Hill
Picked the car up this morning and the drive home was awesome, having to concentrate with the braking, heavy steering switching overdrive on it was all a bit full on. Any way after half hour it was like being back in my cars of the 70s. I got home and the wife could see the smile on my face, she said you are one happy bunny, I said to her come and listen to this exhaust, that was it she is smitten. Cannot wait till the morning feel a quick drive is needed
AarhusTr6
Welcome I find the whole 'listen to this exhaust' a bit of a male thing. I have not heard or seen anything like the reaction a bloke gives to the rumbling roar, which to me is music. Rich
Richard71
Fantastic looking car, Mimosa yellow, for me the best suited colour for a TR6, well done......I hate to be particular, but it looks a little like your front wing indicator side repeaters are on the incorrect wings and should be swapped over, that can be your first wee job, it'll take all of 10mins. Have fun!

brian -r
Welcome Paul. Good looking car ,get out and enjoy it as much as you can and keep the boss on side ,sounds like she`s smitten though. Good luck Brian
AarhusTr6
Having one of these cars, if you are married is like having a mistress... why? Well you spend money on 'her' and hide the payments from your wife and second, you often sneak off to spend time with 'her' in absence of being with your wife... :-) But its great . . I do not think anyone ever finishes work on their TR BTW... Rich
brian -r
Working on your TR is half the fun, as long as the Boss never finds out exactly how much you spend. Money can just melt away. Just wish I was fit enough to tackle more of the heavier jobs. Enjoy the whole experience. Bri
Paul Hill
Thanks Brian i am not mechanical by any means, but I am quite a dab hand at finishing ie interior and paint work. Half the fun for me is just to see it looking it’s best Paul
foster461
Its a great looking TR6 Paul and you will soon sort out any minor issues like swapped repeaters. You are correct that driving a TR6 with overdrive is a full time job. Not only do you need to take extra care and drive defensively but you really do have to drive it and not just sit in it and steer. Stan
