RogerH
Hi Folks, a friend of mine wants to fit the lower wish bone strengthening plates Item# 16 https://www.moss-europe.co.uk/shop-by-model/triumph/tr2-4a/body-chassis/chassis-subframes/chassis-frame-fittings-tr4a.html I've not done this job before and he says he has been told that the body needs lifting out of the way. So, what sort of prep is require to fit these plates. Also is it do'able with a MIG welder. He believes an ARC welder is required. I have both. But access is the first issue. stuart
It is doable with just the suspension stripped out but a bit fiddly, MIG would be easier. Stuart.
