brenda
Good turnout yesterday at Capesthorne Hall car show, lovely hot day a few cars did not make it in as overheating in the queue. Spotted 14 TRs all looking lovely. Today Brenda is in the outside garage as getting ready for the MOT (to hot in the main garage) looks like I need new brake pads not replaced since I had the car 12 years ago, hope the new ones last as long. brenda
Bob my blocks are not just placed on top of each other, they are 2ft6” long to spread the weight and have long coach bolts fixing them together so should not move when working on the car. iain
That is phenomenal Bob. Mid 30’s is the best I have ever managed. Engine rebuild was obviously a great success Iain
Lebro
I'm sure it's all down to the heavyness of the right foot ! I was cruising at between 60 & 65 80% of the time, in top O/D. My record before the rebuild was 42 on a Lincoln IWE return trip. Bob.

Mick Forey
Spend the last 3 days in and around Robin Hood's Bay with the TR6. Some great roads over the moors and a really good walk along part of the Cleveland Way. Stayed in a small pub in Fylingthorpe with very good simple pub grub, nicely cooked and lots of it.
