RogerH
Yesterday Lunchtime Sue and myself went off for lunch at the Bricklayers Arm, Flaunden Herts. We were in the Saab 9.3 - but!!! before you say this is a TR thread - when we left there was a rather good looking red TR4 in the car park. As I was looking at it a young lady came out to it. We had a chat about clubs and groups (she is on none at the moment) and then asked how she liked the car. She loved it but the OD had just stopped working. I didn't go into detail about how to sort it (and then put the engine back) but suggested our forum may be able to help. Following her away from the pub I didn't know a TR4 could go so slow Roger Edited October 2, 2020 by RogerH

brenda
Afternoon all, just popped out for a run around the lanes close to home, wish I hadn’t put the hard top on last weekend as it was nice and sunny today. Mike Redrose Group

Bluestone
We had a corona friendly coffee in Aberaeron yesterday. Our 3 car convoy drove hoods down all the way and okay, a 130 mile round trip for a cuppa may be a little extreme, but it was good for the soul - and as we know Nowhere's Far in a TR. brenda
Well I think I put the roof on to early this year as this morning was a little warm inside the car. Had a good run around enjoying the wonderful countryside we have, Chapel-En-Le-Frith, Dove holes, Tideswell, Longnor, Blackshaw Moor, and back home. little jim
The Canberra authorities would pull all the houses down at great expense because of the asbestos dust.
bob-menhennett
A bit boring I know but I trundled down to the Garage to get the annual MOT certificate. Good to go for another 12 months.Interesting that the Proprietor said that generally the MOT work had increased whilst the normal servicing side had decreased significantly.People not clocking up the miles unless they really have to. Covid affects so many people in so many different ways. Stay safe folks. Bob
RobH
Last chance before lockdown 2 - so a blast round the local country lanes in the sunshine, for a couple of hours today. Certainly blew the cobwebs away.
MikeyB1
Just to make you all jealous......did the shopping at Tesco Click and Collect. Mind you, having the roof down did make it easier to load up.
