Where did you drive to with your TR today

Recommended Posts

A drive around the Staffordshire peaks today, got quite cold and occasionally a bit wet but stopped by Dovedale to be horrified at the density of people and cars at the main car park so turned around stopped elsewhere for a gentleman's rest stop. Thorpe Cloud and Dovedale in the distance.

Lovely end to a lovely day. Crisp winter coastal run, and down to the beach for a stroll at sundown.  Happy new year all, Deggers

Very impressive Bob, you clearly need to give it more beans:P.

Geoffrey is much better and has been fettled post running-in and is going well; so I suspect my results won’t be as impressive. Next year you must camp with us;) reasonable rates will apply ;)!

Sadly it was very hot, no problems for the TRs but for the passengers....

To celebrate our 42nd wedding anniversary, we had a run out in the 250. A cooler day today (24deg) we headed north to Bowser Bay and finished with a meal at the Shady Rest in Qaulicum Beach.

Cheers

Hi Pete hope you are keeping well with all you have going on. You’ll hopefully get one soon, over the next 2 months we have a lot going on with Brenda car shows, car runs sum for local charity’s and we have decided to have a holiday in the car. So hopefully put some photos on of all that’s going on.

Out for an ultimate short drive at Sunday to the Sunday classic car meeting at the Mercedes-Benz Museum at Stuttgart.

My favorite was this Maserati 3500 GT, sadly not with original 6 cylinder, gearbox, wheels - but on the road!

One more photo, sorry me, the owner parked it there next to the hand rail.

Our local club had a run today,  restricted to 20 cars and ending in a socially distanced picnic at Kinsol trestle bridge. Great to get out with our friends.

Met a Mate in his Moggy 1000, had a coffee and a laugh, and then back home, a good 2 hours drive.

I am the one with the red Mask ......
