SeanF Posted June 17, 2018 Report Share Posted June 17, 2018 The rear GB mount on my CR TR6 (1974) was fitted with two rectangular shims, each with two holes which match the mounting holes in the bracket and chassis mount. I did not take a detailed picture when I stripped it down and can't remember whether these were between the mounting bracket and the chassis bracket, or underneath the chassis bracket to provide extra clamping rigidity to the bolts.
