It either plugs in next to the gas microwave just below the USB port, or it your TR didn't come with that option factory fitted you probably have a socket next to the hostess trolley and Beta Max. :)

Jolly useful bit of kit it is too but I found it was useless at detecting bats in my fuel tank?

You may well joke about the “gas microwave”, but last weekend I had half an hour to spare in Leicester and visited the “National Gas Museum”. Among other things on display was a “Gas powered wireless set”, from the 1920’s. Apparently there were gas-powered traffic lights in London in 1868 as well.

 

Fact is stranger than fiction.

The engineering firm a served my apprenticeship with manufactured clockwork traffic lights back in the 1920s for

use in rural areas ( remember clockwork gas lamps )
