Rodbr Posted June 15, 2018 Report Share Posted June 15, 2018 (edited) Hi Tom/ Graham,Can not post pics on here but one thing to remember when fitting a fresh installation is that the wire sits in the top of the door pocket so it needs to hang in such a way that you can reach it from the pocket. MilesA Posted June 17, 2018 Report Share Posted June 17, 2018 Tom No pics but I recall that the cable had cut into the door pocket on my car over the years. When I replaced the pockets I fixed a small length of plastic tubing to the pocket edges which the cable rubbed against when pulled. Not a complete solution but will preserve the pockets for a bit longer. Actually, I rarely use the cable preferring to use the external door handle. Miles Quote Link to post Share on other sites
