Rem18 Posted April 20, 2018 Report Share Posted April 20, 2018 I have just swapped a Bosch pump in for a failing Bosch and want to take the opportunity to try plumbing in a Bosch filter after the pump. I have to say that I have been running a Bosch pump in the wheel well for 30 years driving all over Europe with only the original CAV filter without ever any problems. Thinking about now adding a Bosch filter after the pump and still leaving the CAV too as tank is now quite old. Anyone run the Bosh downstream with the CAV upstream? But here is a whole list of compatibles... http://www.fuelfilter-crossreference.com/convert/BOSCH/F5021 though this is a screw type and my pump is a nipple type so looking for a 10mm slide fitting. Some filters that look to be ok, based on volume and connecting dimensions: 0450.905.021 / 0,2 dm3 / m12 and m14 0450.905.066 / 0,5 dm3 / m14 and m14 0450.905.005 / ? / sold by Rimmers as suction filter Sytec SSF2012/ 105x75/ m14 and m14, 10-20 microns.
