Schnippel
Hello Waldi, Sachs 30 82 100 041 is the best you can buy. Requires much less power to work. Protects the thrust washers, the clutch bearing and the entire mechanics. Regards Ralf

Waldi
Thanks Ralf and Jochem, I see in an old post from Tom Fremont that TRF sells them too in the US as a kit and Tom is happy with it too, but buying from the US is expensive for us. Do you know what clutch plate and bearing it combines best with? I now have a new RHP bearing installed, but still need to order the other parts for the clutch. Car is a std CP, so some 143 bhp. JochemsTR
Hello Waldi, Sachs 3082 100 041 with LUK 322 0135 16 friction plate. You should be able to buy these on Ebay-UK. Jochem

steved69tr6
KiwiTR6 Yes you can do this as a one man job, its just very heavy, I've done a few of them by myself but it tends to be easier to get someone to help you Cheers Steve
astontr6
Thanks Steve. So now I have a new project: Laycock or Sachs/LUK:) Regards, Waldi Some years ago I spoke directly to LUK UK when they still offered a clutch assembly for a TR6, only to be told that they had now withdrawn it due to lack of sales. The major reason why I was interested was that they also offered an INA thrust-bearing, which was a fully sealed version of the OEM RHP type. Where the grease does not fly out as soon as you depress the clutch pedal for the first time! Are now saying that it is available now again? Bruce.
