mike3md
If it was Apple Green (aka Avocado), I suspect it was the Duke of Boxmoor taking advantage of the wet conditions. Mike Edited March 28, 2018 by mike3md

Dave Larnder
Andy What a nice day trip to Pau. We go through there on our way to Calais after coming through the Somport tunnel, which is the border between France and Spain and is 5 miles (8kms.) long. Going north from Pau we go through Mont -de-Marsan, not on the new toll road, as that road is straight for miles and hardly any traffic on it. It used to be through the forest until they fell most of it. It comes out on the main road from Bayonne to Bordeaux. Dave
andy
Hi Dave, yeah Boat down to Bilbao overnight stop in Pamplona then three days in Pau for the Classic meeting then wind our way back up to Ferry at St Malo should be fun....I hope. The Duke
Dave Larnder
Andy Why not motor down all the way? As I said that would be a nice run out for the day, then 3 days in Pau and home from there, nice round trip. Dave
