Guest
Rob Slotemaker! The guy who recognised Jan Lammers' talent when he was a young boy. Lammers won the 1988 Le Mans in the legendary (and iconically shaped) Silk Cut Jaguar. And even this year, Lammers (now 62 y/o) is a Le Mans participant. In his days. Slotemaker was as important as Verstappen is nowadays for Dutch racing.

RogerH
Hi Kev, I was just thinking what a scruffy toe rag he is. From sideways on he appears to be enjoying himself tho' Roger
Charlie D
From sideways on he looks a bit like Norman Wisdom. Maybe that’s where he started his acting career. Why is the TR LHD? And what would happen today if the driving instructor grabbed a woman’s foot like that? Ah…. Different times… Charlie D.
iain
The TR is an Ex Works car used extensively in 59/60, it ran in LHD for some of the time. Currently owned by a long term TRR member. Seen here at Zandvoort in RHD Edited February 27, 2018 by iain
