rfurzer
Can anyone tell me a part number? Could I expect to get one from my local bearing bloke?
Mike C
Are you sure the pump seal is replaceable? Original pump seals could be replaced but most of the non original replacement pumps sold over the past 50 odd years are throw away if the shaft seal leaks.
rfurzer
Hi Mike Rimmer show the seal as part of a kit with brushes and o-rings (both of which I've found)- so it must be available

Mike C
If you're pump has replaceable seals. Most non genuine pumps are throw away if the seal leaks. If your pump is rebuildable I'd replace the bearing as well as the seal- quite often leaking seals are caused by excessive shaft movement due to bearing failure.
