Louis Metelko
The hood for TS1 as well as mine was custom sewn by a professional by the name of Larry Learn in Indiana, Pennsylvania with a zip code of 15701. In both cases the entire car with a roll of vinyl was shipped to Larry's shop in western Pennsylvania. When it comes to interiors of the side screen cars Larry is without doubt the best of the best! I asked him once why he does't have a web site and he simply answered that he did not have enough time to troll the Internet. I don't remember the exact price but Larry constructed the hood, side screens, tonneau, seats in leather, dash and stick cover. All of that was done with rolls of material - no kits or patterns to guide him. Don't be surprised if Larry himself answers the shop phone at 724-465-8661 Lou Metelko Auburn, Indiana 54 TR2LD TS981L
Lebro
I really don't see the problem with a small rear window. All the white vans around my way don't have any! Roger M-E Yes, but they have nice big door mirrors ! Bob.
Bobbie
Hi peeps, When I restored my TR2 ts1067, I went for the original one window style. Motto build at Epsom created the entire interior and weather kit. The hood is burgundy mohair, and looks superb, I dread to think how much it individually cost to make. I've found in the last few years, that with good mirrors, I have never found a blind spot that has put me in danger on the road. Regards, bob.
roger murray-evans
On the mirrors theme, in general driving nowadays, 99 percent of my rear vision is all done with mirrors.I don't even think my neck rotates sufficiently to look over my shoulder.(Due to my first TR2 cable bonnet releasing itself on the motorway.Aeroscreens, bang on head, 70mph, momentary blackout, neck vertebrae not amused!) Current project will have single small rear window, and mirrors! Roger M-E
