Don H.
I can't quite tell if that's a sale or an auction. The description mentions bidding in several places, so I'm guessing that Doretti is at auction someplace. It was restored by a guy I know some years ago. A fairly well known car in the community. It's located west of Chicago IIRC.
Motorsport Mickey
Auction house derivation of "clickbait" Don, deliberately slanted to look like an advert yet has overt mentions of auction which you picked up. The price may be starting low but why would anybody sell a Doretti that's been restored (even if some years ago) and then used sparingly for the price mentioned, expect maybe 2 or 3 times that amount as it runs out. Geko
It was advertised on eBay a couple of years ago. Posted a private sale by owner through a dealer. http://www.tr-register.co.uk/forums/index.php?/topic/54832-doretti-1954-on-ebay/
