AarhusTr6
These are from a few magazines from 70-72 - for some reason when I upload they are flipped on their side! So cheapest I can see is £1,400 and highest is £1,700 Edited October 26, 2017 by AarhusTr6

I'd not noticed how apposite the choice of the second picture is. I'm glad my wife didn't see the 'deep water' sign before I clicked on the 'send money' button! Keith66
Interesting, Looking at Saffrons table I see that a laminated windscreen was an option. Didn't know they were available then as a TR option back in 1970, when i were a lad. At least i can now fit one and still be "Original" Cheers Keith

saffrontr
Graeme, Laminated screens were standard for USA bound TR6 but always an option for UK TR6 all the way through production and are still listed in the last price list that I have dated 6th June 1975 where it cost £23.75 to have one as an option. At that time the only other option was a headrest which cost £21.71. By then overdrive was standard in the UK, wires were no longer available and a tonneau was presumably standard. You could of course still buy a hardtop TR6 which was listed at £2784.60 compared with £2731.75 for a softtop. If anyone would like a copy of my simple spreadsheet of the price lists send me an email to saffrontr6@btinternet.com. I have some 25 price lists throughout production detailing the prices as they increased. cheers Derek
