Rescueman
Hi everyone. I was an active member of the register from the late 1960s until the end of the 70s. I owned TR2, TR3a and a targa top TR4a. Work and marriage, then family brought the sale of my cars and the introduction of boring family cars. Now grey, I still love the TR. My favourite was always my longdoor 1954 TR2 - LVJ620. I notice from the DVLA site that it was still running in 2015. Is it still running now? I must admit it needed a complete rebuild when I sold it on in 1979. Since that time I have been involved in the dark side. I have built kit cars and still run a 29 year old Marlin Berlinetta which I use for endurance runs, home and abroad. I would hope to return to the classics fold and assist everyone in ridding ourselves of the government bureaucracy being inflicted on the classic car world. Best wishes to you all. Dane.
