Mark69
I would like to see how they get it in that box. Not a bad price if it is NOS, came across a good used one a couple of years ago for the same money. Just looked at the pics again must be a repo , doesnt have bullet connectors Edited October 1, 2017 by Mark69
boogie
Is that right "fitted to 1973-1976"? I thought it was the earlier 6s that had the light plinth on the bumper and the later ones had the number plate light shining down from the body
Tim D.
My 72 has one in the bumper
matttnz
My 74 has it shining down from the body. CR style, but not sure about the yank cars
barkerwilliams
I love the old Lucas box to give it "credibility", mind you it is far too large to actually fit in the box. Alan
jean
Many years ago I bought a repro as the chrome on mine was pitted...Had to use half of the old one to make it fit... But the chrome part was ok..
Mark69
NOS = not old stock
MostEasterlySteve
Is that right "fitted to 1973-1976"? I thought it was the earlier 6s that had the light plinth on the bumper and the later ones had the number plate light shining down from the body I thought CP cars had the plain plinth type lamp (as per the linked eBay listing). I thought early CR cars had the same lamp but with a T R I U M P H badge fitted to it and then late cars had the number plate lamps recessed into the rear panel above the number plate. So yes, the listing is inaccurate. Unless I'm wrong of course!....
