TR6 Engine tuning in Sandhurst (Berkshire) area

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

I've been meaning to get the engine tuned, and injection properly set up on my TR6 for a while!..

Finally started to look around for a 'specialist' place that could do this in the area.. Around Sandhurst, Berkshire.. Or a reasonable distance.

Does anyone know of anywhere that can set them up properly, and can recommend?

Many thanks in advance..

Richard

Enginuity have a rolling road as well, but you also have Rees Bros nearer you in Aldershot. They set my 6 up nicely. Plus Crown Classics in Twickenham/St. Margarets.

Cheers

+ 1 for Enginuity, they rebuilt my TR6 engine and tuned it, it goes the best it has ever gone in 40 + years of ownership!

Some other TR6 guys I know recommended a guy called Tom Airey to me. He also has a rolling road in his garden! He is located in the Bramdean area not far from Winchester.

Hi again everyone,

Many thanks for the replies.

A good couple of suggestions there by the look of it, and neither is too far.

Will give them both a call.. :-)

Thanks again,

Richard

Richard

It would be nice if you could share perhaps a before and after report rolling road tune, and what they actually did to improve it, if that's possible, it may not be far off correct anyway.
