Exhaust system recommendations

The current exhaust system is getting a bit long in the tooth.

Bought from TrShop in the late 90,s it's a two box standard system on the standard cast manifold. It has never fitted very well and is getting noisy.

What would people recommend as a quality replacement?

My TR shop stainless system has been fine.

It started as an add on after the cast manifold, but later I got the Phoenix manifold + link pipe, so now all stainless.

Hello Iain - are you planning on going to the meeting at Willand next Friday?

 

I've got, and used pretty much every combination of exhaust system you can imagine including the Phoenix/Falcon/triumph tune.....and to get within track noise limits a combo of all...plus some...!

 

There are some clear benefits to certain systems and suppliers.

 

Not saying I have a definitive answer for you but could certainly give you a steer to avoid wasting money along the way.....
