Blue cedar Posted November 13, 2016 Report Share Posted November 13, 2016 Measuring from the outer side of the panel (original) ......the hole centre is 8 & 1/4 inches up from the bottom panel lip/edge. Looks like the hole is probably13mm the grommet is 1/2" but will wait until I can measure, Also the hole on the outer panel given your measurements marries up with hole on inner panel.
