That was the point of my earlier observation, it's not difficult to completely ruin PI kit . . . . . one reason the system got a bad name back in the day, ham-fisted semi-skilled fitters. My 1st recond set (Pump and Metering unit) was recond during the end of the '80 by him and I am expecting to send back a full set (6 Injectors, Poump and MU)as soon my TR6 will ready to start (restoration still on going.... very slow progress) Regards Quote Link to post Share on other sites

O rings made of Viton 75 now sourced as per original equipment. Devised a method to refurbish the internal filters which nobody seams to mention.
