Road Fund Licence

My TR4a is laid up at the moment (over-heating problems) so I thought I would check the SORN position, as tax runs out the end of this month.

From the direct.gov.uk website:

 

A SORN is only needed for a vehicle taxed in GB on or after 31st jan 1998.

 

So I guess we don't need one for our cars (?)

So if your car has not been taxed (free or not) since 31st jan 1998 then you don't need to declare SORN.
