tjs Posted March 9, 2012 Report Share Posted March 9, 2012 Hi all Im at work and want to order a fairly cheap compression tester from ebay - just wondering what the plug size is on the tr6? I read somewhere it was Metric, M14 x 1.25 which is quite rare I believe and most of the compression kits on ebay only do 16mm, or 21mm. What kit should I get? jerrytr5 Posted March 9, 2012 Report Share Posted March 9, 2012 All the web pages agree that N9Y is 14mm so it must be true. Make sure you get a tester that has a short screw in section and a long flexible tube to the gauge otherwise it will foul the alternator or dizzy when you try and use it.
