Pete dont forget to use a long block to rub that black down otherwise there will be finger marks. Black needs to be arrow straight.

Nice one Pete, you're a brave man going for the black but it has the potential to look stunning.

thank you all for your kind comments, Black is a difficult shade to get right, and I will have to be content with my amateur efforts but I will persevere.

cheers for the advice Stuart, the wings doors bonnet and boot are going to take a while too.

Chris I shall plug some holes and glue stainlesss on the flat bulkhead holes.

Mike I am not a purist, its for me to use.

Nick flatting again due to my own poor prep work pinholes dust, dirt, overspray, and fly / spider trail, proper masking helps a lot here though.

Andrew, what teeth?

Pals can be so cruel!

PDykins, can I send you a pic of when I had coloured hair? you sod.

tomorrow I find out how much the job has cost so far, fingers crossed.

Thats nothing, wait until you get the "Birds eyes" where the ends of your fingers used to be and you`ve worn through several layers of skin.. Now thats painful.
